Question Looking for RX-7 specialist on East Coast

I am looking for a RX-7 specialist. I own a 94 RX7 and I cannot seem to find anyone who can work on it locally. I am located in New Brunswick and would prefer someone close. Any suggestions?

Honestly, there isn't anybody in Atlantic Canada I would have work on an RX-7.
I've just made friends with a few other rotary people, and we all just pool knowledge, experience, tools and time and work on our own cars.

I needed an engine built last winter, and I had RPM in Ontario build it and ship it down. Toronto is about as close to you as you will find.

What did you need done?

What all did you need done? I'm sure the

I am having issues with Check engine light...code 16. I replaced the EGR valve, just finished replacing all vacuum hoses (not going so well), all check valves, all gaskets, and more stuff. I have 34,000 original kms and the car is currently not boosting properly. Someone told me that the Mazda dealer in Moncton had a good tech...

I would find out who this Mazda tech is first. It is unlikely that this person has much experience with rotaries since there aren't much in your area to begin with.

Sounds like you are already well into the diagnostics. Why not go all the way and complete it yourself? Download the vacuum diagrams on this forum. Test the resistance on all the solenoids or apply 12V to them to ensure they all work.
