Long weekend - What did everyone get finished on their RX?
For those of us that didn't manage to make it to the Ottawa meet for mechanical reasons or for those of us who have been working on our Sevens with all of our spare time. What did you get finished up during the long weekend?
Myself I removed what was left of my drivers side fender and replaced it with one I bought off Terrh about a month ago, all in all I feel that everything went beautifully.
Here's a few photos from along the adventure.

Kick *** skills. Looking good.
I RTVd my oil pan on yesterday and completed it's first oil change of the season today.
I'm debating pulling the travel trailer out so that I can drive it out of the back yard.

I began preping my 82 fb for a rollcage.
So far I've removed:
A/C
A/P
Cruise control
Charcoal
Cold start
Hot start
Healight washer resevior, pump, hoses and nozzles.
Radio, speakers, eq
glovebox and lower dash
storage bins
passenger seat
rear wiper
rear washer fluid resevior
hatch lifting struts
interior panels
carpet
insulation
soundproofing
twin belt pulley not in use
That sound proofing is a bitch to scrape off, but it was worth it. I'd estimate the entire car's worth if it at at least 60 lbs.

I've been doing some fiberglassing for a while, i got quite a bit done this weekend though. fiberglass front lip, v-mount hood and sub box.
i also cut out the material for my battary relocation platform, i'll weld it up tomorrow.
plans for the week. hunt down an intercooler for my v-mount. replace oil injectors... again, and finish some fiberglassing or the platform...

I didn't get anything done on the car as I was at the Le Mans Race at Mid-Ohio.
Thursday night I spent with the Aston Martin Team as they installed new valvetrain components in the V12 in one of the World Challenge cars. The design of the cars allows for everything ahead of the firewall to simply be un bolted and rolled around. Unique for a GT car.
Friday I spent part of the day with the 3-rotor team and received a new Mazdaspeed jacket from a friend with Mazda USA.
Saturday watched a bit of qualifying after our own early qualifying rounds. The new 3-rotor engines still need something more. GT2 cars can pull on them and the GT1's eat them on the straights.
Sunday morning I met up with Aston Martin engineers after the warm up and picked up the rear bumper off the #009 car for display in the shop. Watched the start of the race from the Esses and then got ready for our final race. Finished packing up the transporter about 9pm and got home (after a flat tire) to Toronto at 10am and went straight to bed.
