Tried to get another temp permit for my cop car today. Turns out the new rules state a maximum of 2 per vehicle now. Last owner got another temp last July so I'm screwed..... The car might need front tires for safety and that's it. Now I can't even drive this car to a shop....Damn BS with this new rule. Now I need to get a fake safety so I can atleast use this car to get around. Anyone know of places for a fake safety?!

well im in... i should have the car on the road this week end thanks to one of Aarons post on setting up the TPS. if it works like it supposed to i should be rocking!! but il b there with or with out the Rx7 tho.

you try getting a catless bridgeported 10AE past an etest. It's rocket science. (not that it matters now, since it's been blown up for more than a year, but you get the idea)
and I probably kept the ontario government afloat back when they let you buy unlimited permits, seriously I bet I spent well over $1000 on them over the years. It was the people that would buy one and then drive on it for a year that caused the problems. I always had a valid one.
I need a 10 day permit so I can get my '85 GSL to get saftied and appraised (why the **** do we need appraisals on old cars now? who knows, but we do. $50 more out the window.) I should just throw the plates from my '85 GS on it and be done with it. I also have a stock 10AE I could take except it totally refuses to co-operate with me, ever.
So **** it, I'll take my 1978 f-100, it's (sorta) bad on gas, smelly, and doesn't like to start sometimes. Close enough to an rx-7 for me :P
That date doesn't interfere with work, but does interfere with sleep. I'll probably play it by ear as to if I'll show up or not.

Just keep on hiding from me Snurb ... I got back from TO today after putting on my lightweight flywheel and doing more tuning ... I'm sitting just under 160whp, but the way this thing pick up is just beautiful

We were tuning Snrub's Megasquirt. We did a good amount of tuning that weekend and at this point the car is getting close. Then, the front diff mount tore off of the subframe...

The widebody car is Chris' car. Currently it has a GSL-SE 6 port with my old stock HT-18 on it. Running Megasquirt I on a v. 3 board and MSnSE triggering from the dizzy. Over the winter it's getting a TO4B.
