London Meet

Seeing as how many cars are up and on the road in london now ... I think we should set up a meet this year again. If you prefer meeting at a certain location please say so.

My off days are usually clustered in the middle of the week, but if I have enough notice I can make it. Anytime, anywhere.

Sam, I'm home for a few days, gimme a call and we'll get together and find a reason to tinker with the cars.

I'm probably in, depending on the date. When were you thinking?

Side note: Samir, Aaron mentioned that you put out a pretty impressive number on the dyno but wasn't certain what it was. Could you share?

I'm thinking towards the end of this month .. probably on a sunday.

Snurb as for the dyno numbers .. last time i went out I was at 150whp but still had more tuning to do but i ran out of time. Also need some bigger injectors. Next time around I should be in the 160 but that will most likely include lightweight flywheel too. For a street ported 12a thats not too shabby

How about sometime in october, as long as it isn't the 15th to 17th.

I might show up in my '85 GSL actually... :P

I think that's fine.

Sam - Agreed, that's a strong number. I am surprised.

If the weather is good I'm willing to make the drive from GTA to see you guys. I grew up in London and went to Western.

Anyone wants to meet in Oakville before Jack Frost spins his wintery web?

End of September or early October when it is nice and cool for our rotaries.

Why? I just got one last week for a car I just purchased with no safety with no hassles?

October 5th? I guess I can wait nearly a month.

Terrh, you know that they make these things called "permanent plates" that bolt directly to the car, right?

The more advance time the better usually. Is your interior all done there Aaron? Looking forward to seeing that.

It's all done minus the center console between the seats (waiting for one to be shipped) and the rear spearker covers. Oh, and the door panels. However if I didn't point out those minor details it would look new. It's certainly presentable.

I saw you got it working that night (I lurk the LAC forum)...I assume you worked until the wee hours of the morning? Considering I left at 1:30AM it must have been pretty late when it fired...Oh, and I got lost on the way home and ran out of fuel! Seriously, I did...but it was only a minor inconvenience and added a bit of adventure. Anyway, I'm eager to see the MX-6. However if you think the flames are nice with the rev limiter, get the anti-lag working!
