Knowledgeable Rotary Mechanic = :<)
Hats off to Joe at Rotary Performance & Maintenance
http://www.rpmperformance.ca/
I recently had some work done by this very experienced Rx 7 mechanic.
Joe was able to troubleshoot and repair some problems 2 other places had no idea of where to look or how to proceed.
This saved me lots of $$ and BS replacing parts for nothing.
Not to mention saving my ride from being butchered by someone who doesn't know how these little beauties are put together.
It was well worth the 1 1/2 drive to get there and drop off the car for some TLC.
He also swapped out a tranny and replaced the clutch.
I am very satisfied with the service I recieved and will gladly make the trip again in the future should it be required.
If I could only find a job in Walkerton, I could be a lot closer to one of the few people I would trust with my 7.
My ride is shifting the way it is supposed to and leaks at gaskets on both sides of turbo have now been silenced.
It would take a rather large club to knock the smile of this Rotary owners Face. WOOOOOOOOOT THANKS >> Joe

Excellent, that's very good to know. Also I was looking into that whole JHB Cerment a little while back on the JHB site. Looks like REAL good stuff but a little expensive. It's definately cheaper then buying new housings though.

Thanks for the kind words guys
Hevnsnt - I have no plans on ever moving the shop to the city...ever.
The website is getting totally redone...again. Hopefully without weird spelling errors and the proper grammer. Apparently people notice that sort of thing LOL

Since I wasn't teaching English this year, I decided not to point out any spelling or grammar mistakes on your site Joe. But if you need any help with the law, co-op students or actors for advertising, let me know.
Glad to hear that you plan on staying put. Not everything needs to be in the city.

Never met the guy, seems really nice though. From this thread alone seems like a great mechanic. Considering taking my car to him sometime soon. Be ready for it Joe, it needs some help. =)

joe does good work and you can trust him with your car, i do. thats my wrx you can see in the post joe did with the skyline and wrx. other than waiting on parts the car has gone together pretty well, neither of have done mods like this to suby, so its a first for both but joe actually knows what he is doing and lets me in on some info along the way.
alot of apprectiation from me to him for alot of hard work on my car past couple weeks!!!
thanks joe.
