I'm to Blame
So last night I went outside at 10:30 to let the dogs out for the last time before bed and saw about 1 1/2" of wet slushy snow, .
I just want to say that I am taking full responsibility for it. The day was sooooo nice yesterday that I raked the front yard and gardens, built a small fieldstone surround around the maple tree in my front yard and bagged up the leaves that had gathered in the driveway. As if that wasn't enough to infuriate the weather gods, I went in the garage and fired the Cougar beasty up . Nothing says spring like the sound of a high compression motor cackling away on race gas. A few cranks on the motor to build some oil pressure, flick on the fuel pump and ignition and cough, cough, cough then BLAMMO!!!!!!!! all he!! breaks loose. The birds fly off the trees, the squirrels poop themselves and I count to 8 before my wife runs out the door and yells at me to turn it off as its filling the house with noxious partially burnt race fuel gases.
Man that felt good. Over 100 lbs of oil pressure at idle, it settled more or less into a stable idle and it sent blood coursing through my veins. Its days like yesterday that make me glad to be alive. I am going over tonight to drive my other neighbours crazy and fire up the RX7. Far more annoying and louder. Sometimes being me is just great, LOL.

Actually, it was just after 4:00 on Sunday, LOL. I am sorry for waking you guys up.
Actually my RX7 is quieter, but more annoying than the Cougar. It just sits there and goes brap, brap, brap, brap, brap until you can't stand it any more and you raise the revs. I am actually not going to start the RX7 again until I replace all the oil in it first. Then I will crank it over until I build oil pressure. Its my little baby and its going to have a busy year this year and I don't want anything to go wrong.

Oh, I see. Just north of the mall, great place. Heck you are less than 2 blocks, as the crow flies, from my other house where I keep the RX7. Its just across 16 Mile Creek from where you are. You can actually see the house from the back of the Dairy Queen, lol. Regarding you driving around in your car, I usually ignore street driven RX7's as they are just too annoying sounding (runs for cover).
