thanks again for the NRG quick release. i smoke myself in the face, trying to remove the OEM steering hub. is used a hammer to knock it out of place and it fly right on my eye. a saw stars for a minute. i cut it out (free short hub) and Bruno welded it for me. he's getting very good with the TIG. i'm more of a stick guy (SMAW) thats what we use on a steel structure. not as fancy as a TIG

Somehow I can picture you taking off that wheel.lol!..Smack..(that's Funny!)
They DO recommend that you keep the Nut ON when removing the wheel by Man handling it.
Funny story:I put myself in the backseat of my Oldsmobile one day when I changed seats.I had 2 bolts in the back of the seat,I punched it and Wham!..back seat driving!..haha!,I had to grab the wheel to get up!

Bruno told me about the nut when he arrived, but i kinda figured it out when i was seeing stars lol
