Exclamation Help Needed!

Hello all,
I have a question for you all,
I was supposed to pick up my 89vert tommorow but seller wasn't able (time wise) to obtain a drive clean, I feel a little worried about it, does having no aircon effect outcome? Also is turbo harder to get a pass on Drive clean?? Does anyone have any drive clean hints?
Than you in advance for all your help.
Conky

well it's like this..if you get the car ..make sure the previous owner got the emissions test..if you don't you cannnot plate it until you get it to pass emissions..so you are responsible for passing emissions, and if you don't know "how to pass emissions"(because a rotary engine is a finicky son of a bitch ..it run's pig rich..)..you are basically gonna end up wiith a car sittin in your driveway that you can't drive..and the only way that you can test the emissions is by payin for a test ..so it does get expensive..Turbo Rotarys ,I can't say..I assume (I'm stockN/A) they are the same way..(a big pain)..take it from someone who knows..aside from movin to an emission exempt area ..you are **** out of luck son..that's why I bought an 86!

If he is supposed to do the e-test, don't worry about it. Its his responsibility to get it to pass, not yours.
