I'm looking for a header/muffler, coilovers/bushing kit, and lightweight flywheel/driveshaft. I'm not going to cheap out on the parts so I need to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Shipped across the border?, thats the part I am not sure about. Like when they have a price shipped to canada is that all it is going to cost, how much more to cross over?

There are very few rotary specific companies in Canada. Depending on the generation of car you have you may get lucky, but most likely your SOL just like the rest of us.
Brokerage/duties are dependent on the initial purchase price. If the shippers uses anything but US Postal Service you will be charged brokerage by the shipping company for the cost of clearing the package through customs. The duties are just taxes charged by the Canadian government since you bought outside the country. Most small packages can be sent with USPS, but anything that ships in a large box like coilovers will have to sent through a shipping company.
Check RE-Speed.com. They are located in London now, so you might be able to get a few things through them. eBay can be your friend even with name brand parts. I got most of my audio components through eBay sellers and even after shipping I paid half of retail for those parts. It's a mix of good timing and shopping around.
