I've tried to contact a few places on the list of canadian rotary shops but have had no response. Is Rotary Dynamics still operating? Does anyone know a good shop?

Rotary Dynamics, although I dealt with Darryl. However both of them are great guys.

 

As I have been shopping for an RX7 recently, and if i acquired one, I would need the services of an experienced rotary mechanic, I considered that that Mississauga is a lot closer the Milton than Pickering.

I called both Rotary Dynamics and Streetpower multiple times during weekday business hours and no one ever answered the phone.

I sent emails and got no response.

I dropped by Streetpower 2 times during weekday business hours but the shop was closed and no one was there. Rotary Dynamics does not openly advertise their shop address on their web site.

Can you suggest how I may be successful in making contact with either of them?

Depending on how far you want to go with your Rotary, Dave at Mazdees and Mark from Mazmark both have years of experience building race winning proven rotary engines. Not to take anything away from Jim for a boosted street engine he definately is in the know. Mark and Dave both know there P.Ports probably better than anyone is that is route you are heading, or Jim at Rotary Dynamids for boosted street performance.

Go to Sean at Streetpower performance in mississauga.. he has AMAZING cars and does insane work!! look him up on google or better yet facebook if you've got an account.

I could have swore there is a list of Rotary stores,and builders etc on the top of this section.

 

The only reason I said "chips motorsports" is the op is in Windsor and Chad D. had his 8 ported by chips and is happy with it. Chad is also from the Windsor/Detriot area.
Another name I'll toss in is Joe / R.P.M. but I'm not sure if he's still base down that way.
The guy in Innisfil I believe is not around anymore because I tried to get in touch with him last year and his website took me to a male sex toy vendor!

 

RXeckless, you don't have to justify to anyone why you recommended "Chips" the OP asked a question, and you answered it.

 

I'm all for buying from Canadian Companies! But location & price are another story.

 

I live in Ajax and have done work through Mazdees. I have to say Dave is a solid guy but just don't waste his time. He really likes to weed through the people that will come through and get the work done and the ones that talk a lot of sh*t.

Also, expect to pay a lot. However, quality over quantity is what I say.
