You would probably be best to pose that question directly to thewird .

Its boosting exactly the same as when I had the 2 bar in, it didnt even raise half a psi for some reason.

Heres a link to my current Power fc settings/map.

Wikisend: free file sharing service

When mapping, I hit 98bar @ 5600-6000RPM at the 20000pim scale, I have only reached the 22000 once or twice at 103bar

Check your boost controller and wastegate then.

Unfortunately its a HKS 50mm S/S wastegate, and you cannot adjust it from the screw on top. Im waiting on my buddy so I can put it up on a his hoist and i'll check what color spring is in it too see if I have to order a stiffer one. I was checking on the spring ratings and apparently there is a 14.2psi spring for this wastegate which is pretty much exactly what I am boosting at the moment, my only question is would the Electronic boost controller not let it go higher then the wastegate spring pressure? Im assuming if it was not run through the EBC then it would make sense the wastegate opens at 14.2?

Will be opening the wastegate tomorrow morning, did a bit more testing. Turned the boost controller off. Wastegate opens at .50 bar which is exactly half what I'm hitting at full boost which leads me to believe the wastegate spring is too weak for me to reach my desired psi 18-19psi. It seems the EBC is effectively doubling the current wastegate spring pressure.

If it has a 7 psi spring, then normally the general rule is you can only double the wastegate spring pressure. If it has a 14 psi spring, then something is wrong with the wastegate.

*Update*
Opened the wastegate, everything looked good diaphram, spring etc. We added a custom made plate (washer with a quarter welded to block the hole lol) on top of the spring to be able to adjust the pressure via adjustment screw, slapped it all back together and adjusted down 1 turn. Took the car out boosted to 15.4psi first pull! up about 1psi.

Thx everyone for your help(special thx to thewird), I was desperate as Ive changed everything I possibly could and it turned out to be a simple fix!
