Prosport makes gauge holders that fit in the center speaker location, they did make them for LHD and RHD, just checked the website, not sure if they offer it for RHD anymore, but I know they did...

They have the center speaker gauge pod in LHD configuration, but it can be modified to be fitted with RHD by shaving some of the nubs.

 

what about for RHD other cars?

I still don't have a gauge pod in my R32.

 

Well, you can ask anes about the guy selling; the gauge pod he purchased is a universal gauge pod so it should be able to fit your r32 and other RHD cars.
