Which flywheel? S4 N/A motor S5 tranny
Which flywheel, starter and clutch do it need?
my set up are 1987 S4 N/A motor and 1990 S5 Tranny
Do i use S5 flywheel or S4?
S5 starter or S4?
S5 clutch or S4 Clutch or the same?

S4 flywheel, S4 starter. S5 transmission cross member. S4 or S5 driveshaft.
the balance of the flywheel must match the engine. S4 internals are heavier than S5 so they won't balance out.
