FD and Fc rear Calipers

Does anyone know if they are the same I know the Fronts are on the 5 lug car as that is what i have on my car

I would just rather buy a set of low km jdm calipers vs buying a shitty rebuilt caliper for my fc

caliper is not going to work well, it's cast for a different radius rotor so your brake pad contact patch will be way off, as well the mount points are a different spacing/offset from what I remember, been awhile since I've tried it myself.
