fc operating temp...

My car w/ Haltech was tune at 210*c....and now I change my electric fan...and seem it cools the rad better. I see my water temp between 170-180*c (on the city drive). Is this going to mess up my tuning??

You should be fine, you have a coolant correction map that should take care of that. So long as they used that feature, can't see why they wouldn't.

I think the stock thermostat is about 180 degrees (that's Farenheight, if it was Celcius your engine would have overheated long ago). You can get cooler ones, but that can lead to overcooling the engine. Running it too cold isn't good either, as it leads to a decrease in efficiency and therefore fuel economy. 210 is not that bad. On my VDO gauge reading at the water pump it reads about 190 normally with a relatively new, low milage stock thermostat.

With my VDO it says 180, the Haltech, 191. I always thought the VDO was accurate, I guess I was wrong. I doubt the Haltech is wrong, because the S4 t-stat is about 186*f

yes...it is in farenheight....sorry my bad. I will ask Mike Diel if he use that option (coolant correction map). I used stock thermostat....just that my electric fan is a lot stronger....and i never seen the temp passed 180*.

Kevin...I sent you a pmed...

yeah, it was probably running warmer before because of your lower cooling capacity.

My temps were always 195-204 before I got my electric fan and cusco rad, now they sit at 167-172 unless I beat on it, then they can go up to mid 180's but that's where they stay.

Most people running coolant correction maps on an EMS (Haltech or whatever) won't have any correction dialed-in at the normal operating range. Usually that is 180-210F or so.

Most maps I have seen, including my own, are set up that way. And unless your tuner did a lot of messing around with the correction maps (doubful), you'll probably be running no or little correction in that range, so you tune should not be affect running at your lower temps.
