Custom hydraulic lines
Where can I get some?
I need a 94" line to mate two different fittings (between the pump and nozzle of a meth kit) and I can't find anyone who can do it. I know there's a few places in Ontario but dmaned if I can turn them up.
Wouldn't have to be anything too special, just as long as it won't dissolve in methanol after 15minutes.
Any info's appreciated.

Try a hydraulics shop. Parker is one line of hose/fittings...

They can set you up with the correct hose and fittings. You probably need something like teflon core(stainless braided) to survive the methanol for any length of time.
I have heard some shops don't like to deal with automotive.
And take a look at all the other nice hose/fittings while you're there...

Also,
With ethanol (higher % than the beer in my hand)
Most hose will certainly survive for a while, rubber/polymers will typically swell due to exposure over time. Teflon is relatively inert and unaffected.
I believe the reaction to methanol is similar (someone correct me if I'm wrong)
You might try dropping a piece of hose in a bottle and sit it on the shelf to check it periodically.
Ethanol will also attack aluminum at higher % such as E85. Not sure how much protection the anodization on fittings will provide. Stainless fittings are best but $$$.
Or just check for leaks every spring.
