To answer your question....YES, most events are sold out in advance with a waiting list for spots that open up.....why not register on-line?

Did I hear that the MTO were inspecting cars that were coming and going from the track for safety and complete emissions systems?

 

There was an MTO block set up on one route to the track on the morning of, yes.
These things are certainly not within our control, we do our best to work with local authorities. It didn't seem to cause anything but a delay as all of our competitors made it to the track!

We also set a new track record, and even if you've "been there, done that" yesterday was not an event to miss. Lots of FAST cars. Let me put this in perspective for you:

Running a 1:20.xxx flat yesterday would have made you 17th fastest, as in there are 16 cars running faster than that time and 1:20.xxx is a very respectable time.

I want to thank all of the 7 guys who come out to CSCS, it's great knowing that for such a small community with such rare cars we have a HUGE presence where it counts: at the track.

Yah, pretty nice. Lots of fast cars being built and good drivers to back it up coming out. Very different then 2 years ago.

I'm looking forward to watching the video replay of the final round.

At the last round, I missed the MTO blockade by showing up at the start of the day (11 am). I heard the blockade showed up later on.

 

Its long gone! I didn't see you at all yesterday, where were you hiding?
