looks like a scam, the Mitsubishi in front does NOT have an Ontario plate.

( but then again it can be a visitor , if true, someone will pick up a great deal )

Just remember it's always a wise move to send him paypal funds because he is out of the country or just too busy to show you the car. I ran in to a few of those guys

Why would you be sending any money, it says the car is in Hamilton....I'd be wanting to look at the car first before talking any kind of payment

Double_J is just making a joke....i've you've advertised a car for sale, then you likely have had scammers from overseas asking you to do rediculous things

Sounds too good to be true. I'll bet when someone final communicates with the seller he'll be overseas and ask please send me a couple of grand to ship or secure the car. It's the old buyer beware, if it's sounds too good to be true, it isn't.

this is the reply that i got (via email) from the seller....sigh!!

Hello,
First of all I want you to know that the car is still for sale, fully operational, no scratches or other damages and never involved in any accidents, the engine runs great,non-smoker. It has all the papers and documents available, the Vehicle Information Package and also don't forget that the car is certified and e-tested.The shipping and handling are included in the price (only in Canada) and it takes 2-3 working days. The car is located in Canada (Nova Scotia) but currently I am located in London, United Kingdom, because I have some business to resolve here, I want to open a PUB here with my wife. There is misprint my price is $5,500.
I will wait your answer very soon and I will also explain to you all terms for this transaction.

Thank you.

The seller's reply sounds more than a little fishy to me.

Why is the car listed in Hamilton? What the heck does shipping and handling involve?

That Reply Smells SOOOOO Much like a Damn Scam!
Honestly,If I can't see the Car and the Owner in ONE place, I don't even think about Buying.
There are alot of "deals" out there,But I can't put money into someone's hand...I look elsewhere.
OH!..By the way,IF is was HIS Car,then why would he say that it is a FRONT WHEEL DRIVE?

LOL, that's the same template for all high-value purchase scams. Replace car and car info with PS3 and PS3 info and you got a completely different ad.

Totally a scam, but if you really want to call his bluff, I'm in Nova Scotia (so I can go check it out for you) and I have a bunch of family in London, England who could probably get the paperwork in person.
BTW, for a car supposedly in Nova Scotia, it's not advertised for sale down here.
