Have you degree-marked the e-shaft pulley and verified timing across the rpm range? I realize you can't do this under load without a dyno, but an un-loaded test would give some comfort that the commanded ignition timing matches reality.
As for AFR's is the WB a known good unit, recently calibrated? Does the WB unit respond rapidly to changes, or is there some delay? Is it logged through MS, or on its own? Do you have a datalog you can send over for review? Lots of questions, I know...

Sorry for the Delay, I Have Been Under the Weather
Roger, we have not degreed the complete pulley, but one thing I noticed is that the timing does look a little odd and seems to advance far beyond where I would assume 20 degrees would be. This could very well be the issue, but when I retarded the timing by over 20 degrees it didn't help at all, other than to make the car really slow, LOL. i have a new Racing Beat Underdrive CS pulley and am planning on installing that shortly.
The wide band is a brand new AEM unit that is presently calibrated at the factory to AEM standards. It is only sampling from one chamber as the only place the system collects is back at the merge just before the collector. We are thinking of moving the bung to the collector.
We will run the car under some load next time by applying the brakes a bit and running the car throught the gears on jack stands
