Cash to anyone who could help me out.

Where do I start? I have a 1st gen with a TII swap and Microtech ECU. I bought the engine and ECU from a guy, who also installed it for me. It has an upgraded turbo, front mount intercooler, MSD fuel pump and an aftermarket BOV. He has started it a couple of times, but if the engine shuts off it wont restart. I do not know much about the ECU, so my offer is cash to anyone in the Burlington area(Canada) who can help me out.

Is it flooding? You may get more help (although not necessarily local) in the 2nd gen section or in the Engine management section. Try the regular and severely flooded proceedures and then restart. I'm a noob when it comes to engine management systems, but it sounds like it's set a bit too rich under the parameters for starting/warming up.
