NUBIAN, are you bringing a BBQ? If so, then I'll leave my little camping BBQ at home and bring a chair instead (not much room in an RX-7 after you take into account the toolbox, the overalls, the booster cables, etc, etc, etc.

 

Damn it my days that I am to report to Edmonton changed I will miss this meet...

 

I may have to bail on this one as well. Wife has made plans that I may have to attend. (Depends how far in the doghouse I am by the weekend. hehe)

 

hmmmmmmmmmm I hope there will be more then just 5 cars... like the last Calgary meet so how is everone's cars looking??? Mine is up on jackstands waiting for parts it should be ready buy then end of this week

Uh, You're thinking of the "Alberta meet" two summers ago. The local Calgary meets (especially the last three) have decent turnouts.

 

So whos all coming? Rx7's, Miatas, 3's, Protege's,...?

 

I am gonna do my best to show up. If anyone wants to Caravan down from the NW let me know.

 

Im hoping to have both my Miata and RX-7 show up.

Expect many Protege's and 3's. They were planning a BBQ that day too, same place. We're joining as one.

 

l will be there with 12 pack of pop and chips.

 

Most of us are coming down from the north we got some members from red deer and edmonton coming down. Hopefully we'll see you guys. We'll be there around 2.

 

I guess we arent caravaning it down to the meeting spot lol?

 

We can go for a cruise somewhere afterwards?

 

I guess we can all meet at various spots and drive to the park. We'll be like gangs.

I'm in Hidden Valley, willing to caravan!! Perhaps Sean and his buddy will join. We could meet in the parking lot on 14street and 64 ave NW (on the east side of nose hill park). Meet there at 1pm and have time to group and cruise to the meet. So' who's coming for the caravan??

 

I have a Calgary Sports Car Club BBQ at 10AM I think Im going to miss. I might show up for a couple minutes, then leave in favour of our meet.

 

I'm working until noon on Saturday, so I'll only have time to go home, clean up and drive directly to the meet.

 

I would've expected this to take more than just an hour...... (the 'clean-up')
