Calabogie/Shannonville Lapping 2007
Hi everyone,
I wanted to give you a heads up about my first summer event.
We are running a full day at Calabogie in a few weeks, details are below:
Where: Calabogie Motorsports Park
Layout: Full Circuit
When: April 30th 9am - 5pm (driver's meeting at 8:45am)
Cost: $310 including BBQ lunch
Flaggers and Ambulance/Tow onsite.
This is a open lapping day with two run-groups, Advanced Driver & Super-Solo, alternating 20 min sessions. A few instructors will be on-site always willing to coach. This event is for advanced drivers only, no newbies. People who have attended our events know we are a very laid back social group that like to have fun safely. There is always designating passing areas with zero-tolerance for erratic drivers. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we feel you are posing a threat to the safety of yourself & others.
for more details visit our team website: bimmershopracing.com
Other events this summer:
Saturday May 26th : Shannonville (Pro Track) - $220
Monday June 4th 2007 : Calabogie (Full Track) - $310
Monday July 2nd 2007 : Calabogie (Full Track) - $310
Saturday September 8th 2007 : Shannonville (SMP Long Track) - $220
You can PM me about multiple track day discounts.
PM me if you have any questions or would like to reserve a spot, look forward to seeing you soon!
cheers
Amit

I'm sorry I put the wrong prices. For April 30th Calabogie we have a introductory special of $250. We want to have as many people come and check us out. Other prices are as follows:
Saturday May 26th : Shannonville (Pro Track) - $220
Monday June 4th 2007 : Calabogie (Full Track) - $300
Monday July 2nd 2007 : Calabogie (Full Track) - $300
Saturday September 8th 2007 : Shannonville (SMP Long Track) - $220
I would register as soon as possible as the July 2nd date seems to be popular because of the long weekend.
How can I edit my original post?
cheers

are you having any schools or events for people without much track time?

The Shannonville event will be good for newbies. If you have some track time under your belt you should come out to Calabogie. I'll have a couple of instructors on hand who could work with you in the morning to get familiar with the track.

I am definitely interested in the June 4th and July 2nd sessions at Calabogie. Like NFS05, I'm going with the MCO to Shannonville at the end of April and can't officially reserve attendance until afterwards, hopefully the sessions aren't full by then.
