Bruce County Meet 2009 - July 17, 18, 19
It'll likely be 6:30 or so untill I arrive at the shop so there's no rush to get there. I've been put in charge of the shop in Mildmay this week so I have to close down. That means I don't get off work until 5:30. I still have to detail the interior of my car too.

well i convinced my wife to come on the BCM this year!!
sad part is.. on my way there i was trying to make up for lost time so for the first time i spooled up my turbo to 200... and once i started stopping/ slowing down my brakes were doing something i had never fest before some kind of jumping nothing like a warped rotor it was acting like there was no pads left and sounded like that as well. needles to say that and what used to be a little clunking sound from the rear some ware(ghost noise no one can find) is not a loud loud clunk (could be my 3" pipe fell down at the track last night who knows) so with all that and having to make up for 30 min to catchup to u guys i toled my wife i think its best if we dont go. (she would not have liked the fast paced we would role at any ways) hope u guys have fun and il see you at the next meet we should do a fall one!! by that time il have the MS installed and u guys wont have to see the wiring cluster F..k involved with a JDM 13BTII
aww im still sad....

Too bad you didn't have any way of getting a hold of use. We didn't get leaving untill 11:30 12ish. You could have still made it out.
okay the break down lol fixed my car changed the bearing, took the turbo off another car only to find out it was just the feed line, put bass' car up on the lift only to find out he forgot the D brackets for his swaybar... did this till about midnight went back to the house had the best steaks ever had a few beers
Sat we slept in the lone turbo car wouldn't idle then it would stall and not start again so i would push his car with my car to get it started (yes you read it right) one of the times it died in town I pushed his car across an intersection and lit up the tires and left 2 nice black streaks LOL there was a maybe 3-4 km long strip of flat straight road and a mustang blew by us we were traveling quite fast and caught him... so much more im forgeting
Oh my starter died too.... lol

That run after the mustang also managed to put the final nail in the coffin of the jap ratrod. It got a ride home courtesy of CAA. It was still a great weekend though. Lots of fun roads, and good times (except for Kevin's car, poor thing
. Oh well, it will be back to see another day)

Yup pretty sure the motor is blown, I was never really happy with the Haltech from day one, so I might slowly build up a car over the next few years... Thinking a side seal let go because I have 3 solid whooshes on each rotor...
To be continued...
To be continued...
shouldn't you have 3 solid on each rotor?
When we cranked it over you could here three solid wooshes, but with a side seal gone any pressure that is built would just leak by. You will still hear the three wooshes because the apex seals are still intact and sealing.

Damn! It sounds like a true RX-7 cruise! Although, this time it sounds like there were more than a few casualities than expected.
Sorry to hear about all the mishaps. But good to hear you all had a great time.
Hopefully I'll be able to make the other meets scheduled throughout this season.
Anyone take pics???
