A boost controller can only lower boost to what the wastegate would naturally achieve. If you want lower boost then the wastegate spring, you need to go to a lower pressure spring. Assuming the wastegate size is adequate.

Yes, keep an eye out in the paper for those coupons. When you use those with the card you can get 10x, 12x, 14 or even 16x the Canadian Tire money.

Just make sure to only use the card for fuel, and pay the charges immediately. Otherwise interest eats the savings.

about the Canadian Tire stuff, the great thing about it is that you can use CT money to buy gift cards which you can then use on gas (and get CT money again).
if you go to www.gcr.ca and sign up, you also get 3.33% cash back on buying CT gift cards online (shipping is free too!). using this method you save way more than any other gas rewards program.
