I'm curious to know how are the moderators selected? Who makes the decision on who is the moderator of specific regional forums? Should we not be allowed to vote on who should be moderator?

Should we not also have the moderators on a term basis? Do we want a new moderator? Please vote.

Moderators are generally chosen by suggestion from another moderator or promotion by the admins. For example, I was contacted and asked if I wanted to mod the 2nd Gen forum. Some mods volunteer when there is a forum that looks like it needs moderation.
