use search button, topic is covered hundreds of times. but since im posting, from what I know, you are going to need TII tranny, driveshaft, halfshafts, TII wiring harness? I think those are the main things, dont quote me on this. As for cost, no idea.

As well as what was posted above, you need the slave and master cyl. ECU, AFM, Wiring harness is NOT required, I think that should cover it...
When I did mine it cost about $2000 but, I did the work myself.

Unless you do the whole drivetrain swap (which is recommended), you can get the driveshaft from mazda trix to mate a TII transmission to an N/A Rear End.
Its usually Ideal to rebuild any JDM blocks you come across, unless you can confirm good compression before purchase. Set aside a couple hundred bux for a TII Hood, However, its almost cheaper to buy a front mount setup.
Engine, Harness and everything attached. MAF, ECU, Transmission (The N/A Transmission will not hold. Dont even try it.). Clutch Slave Cylinder. Exhaust and Fuel Cut Defencer.
If you squeeze every penny, you can do the swap for about $2000. If you do it well, it will probably be a little over $3000.
