Im in Erin, On. so anywhere from scarborough to gray/bruce is good.


the car runs well on boost, idles a bit rough but sumbles and hesitates when taking off. Iv been working on it for a few days but I cant seem to figure this part out. It runs much better than when I picked it up. but I just cant get past this.

the temp ends sunday so i need to pass emissions by then.

 

We'll talk after DGRR, I'm in O'ville now just around a corner. bring it up we'll see if we can figure it out.

I am in Mississauga .... maybe meet at the top of the Forks?

 

I dont think ill have it around after the weekend but if i can make it pass emissions the way it is and get a proper sticker. then I could bring it out to hopefully fix. but right now thats the main concern. I need to make it pass saturday but i believe its running wayyyyy to rich at idle to pass.

 

Have you looked at the TPS settings? That usually contributes to the idle and off idle sag. Just a thought.

Maybe injector stuck open?
Timing is off?
TPS?
Vac leak?
AFM problem?

 

Passed emissions. Still running bad but 300% better than before. Let me know when you want to do this. A small garage type meet might be fun.
