My brother's 02 Civic has developed a DRL issue. There is a buzzing sound that comes on when the DRL system is on and a DRL light illuminates in the cluster. It's important to note that the right headlight does not come on as part of the DRL function, but it will come on when you turn on the lights. I've asked my brother to confirm whether the low and high beams work on both headlights. Apparently others have experienced this with their Civics and one camp leans toward replacing the relay (behind the glovebox) while another camp leans toward bad solder points in the DRL module. Some have replaced both the relay and DRL module and the problem persists. Anyone who's Honda savvy have any specific experience with this problem? I thought I'd ask here first as there seems to be a pretty diverse crowd here.
