Any comments..

Ok ..I made my tester like it suppose to be made (under 10 bucks).
Two 12v LED's Lights, have two grounds, one live (both red wires are together).
I heated up the car. turned off the motor, then put the iginition on.
I connected the tester to the green plug, top center is live, the other two are grounds.
When I puggged that in, both lights were on. I counter clock wise turned the screw, about 1/8th heard a little click sound, and only one light stayed on.
I asssume the TPS is now adjusted. However, I have one question, when I take the screwdriver off the screw, both lighs come back on !! I touch the screw with the screwdriver, one light stays on ? Don't know is that alright, but the car now runs much better. When I start it in the morning, she rev's up to 3000 rpm's for about 45 sec's or so, then falls to 2000 rpms, then when she's hot she idles (purrs) at 7 rpms. She does not fluctuate anynore.

Any comments are appreciated, about and thanks to all for the feed back and responses from my previous posts, re: Tester.

Pete

It should be adjusted regardless of the screwdriver, haha.

Just try turning it a bit more and see if the one light stays off.

Coldfire, I did....I don't think it was so off that I would need to turn the screw about once or twice around.

Oh ok.
It should be fine then.

I personally prefer checking the resistance with a multimeter vs. the light method.
If you are still having issues consider checking in that way.
