My '84 GSL-SE is going for paint next week (original white colour). When it comes back, I'll reinstall all the pieces I pulled off it for the body shop (bumpers, wipers, rear glass, etc) then insure it and start driving it. I have some KYBs and Energy Suspension bushings that need to be installed, but I'm going to wait a few weeks to do that. I'll probably do the front end one weekend, and the rear end another weekend.

Insurance is back on for the weekend... thankfully it's raining now. Cleaning up all the excess salt lying around...
It's going to be an interesting weekend!

well took the fd yesterday.
After charging the battery for 30min. and tightening up hose clamps, she fired up and expeled some blue smoke. Sat in the car for a few minutes looking at readings off the PFC and setting the clock radio. Came out and looked at the engine bay and instantly shed tears. Seriously, my eyes hurt like a sob.
Can't even drive the FD in 2nd gear w/ no boost and 5 month old gas down on my street w/o being hassled by ignorant people.
e-test then she will be officially out.

Well, I put the insurance back on April 1st, but its been sitting in my aunts garage for the last week while I replace the engine onmy sister's civic (V-TECH YO).
Still need to send the FC to the paint shop, but first I have to figure out why the engine is burning oil!!!!!! And of course some odds and ends here and there......should be officially ready to hit the street the beginning of May, but won't hit the track until after Steve Khan is done with it June 4.......looking forward to racing my friends Z06!!!!!!!

1990 TII: been on the road for a month.
No snow or salt here since december so I didn't see the point in not driving it.
Widebody turbovert: dead.
10ae: still needs me to go pick up its shiney new motor from RPM, get it installed and somehow make it run.
dsm: still running like a champ! wtf.
