speaking of that, has anyone relocated their battery to the jack compartment. I want everything to be hidden.

Also does anyone know if I can get the water/meth mix in ontario.

Thanks in advance

You can mix your own mix by buying methyl hydrate at canadian tire. Or you can get boost juice at like JRP. I typically don't like the windshield stuff because they have different ratios of methanol and sometimes even the same brand can change.

yea like marco said the ratios varies, its better if its a 50/50 mix. I found this on this forum

+20 F Washer Fluid - Contains approximately 7% methanol.
0 F Washer Fluid - Contains approximately 23% methanol.
-10 F Washer Fluid - Contains approximately 28% methanol.
-20 F Washer Fluid - Contains approximately 35% methanol.
-25 F Washer Fluid - Contains approximately 38% methanol.
-50 F Washer Fluid - Contains approximately 62% methanol.

https://www.rx7club.com/auxiliary-in...r-%25s-944411/

where is JRP located Ill get some off them if they;re close, if not ill just do the mixing thing like you said marco.

Oh thanks Prodigy, check it out.

Now Decisions Decisions, I really need help with this one. At first I wanted to go with Turblown EFR 8374 Turbo kit so I can get a better response, but this build is getting way too costly. I've already put in 13k in parts which do not include the turbo system or suspensions and brakes. so I am considering a cheaper yet great options. I've been looking at the following:

1. T04Z Turbo Kit from RX7 Store. $2,799.00 USD

2. GT40R Turbo Kit from RX7 Store$2,799.00 USD

VS

3. EFR 8374 Turbo system. $4,700 USD

here is a pic:

I don't mind they're older turbos, for the price difference i am starting to think it isn't worth it to pay an extra 2g just for a little bit more response, putting into account i will not be tracking this, or maybe once or twice a year. what do you guys think. I would appreciate your feed back on this. Thanks in advance.

PS: Sorry about the picture I wasn't able to rotate it. you can save it and rotate if it helps.

I'm in the same boat as you, actually have many of the same parts that you listed. My car too will see very little track time, that is why I went with the BNR twins and I'll be keeping it sequential. Which fuel rails and injectors are you going with? Good luck with your build!

There are a few A-spec kits for sale in the 3rd gen section. A-spec kits are proven.

If budget was an issue, there were other things you didn't need to buy on your list. A turbo kit would not be the thing where I would try to save money as that will be part of the heart of the car and will determine if you have issues down the road or rarely have any problems. (cracked manifolds, warped flanges, exhaust leaks etc, turbo's blowing, wastegates failing etc.)

I would get a quality turbo kit from either Elliot @ Turblown or Sean @ A-Spec. I still really enjoy my A-Spec 500R-SP.

I was planning on ordering the kit from Shine Auto as well. Any reviews? Just wondering what the quality of fit and finish is like on the kit!

I haven't installed any of the parts yet, I think it's good quality fit, if anything it'll be minor adjustments. I've seen some FDs with shine stuff on them, and it looked like it fits perfectly.

These are UR style pulley kit from banzai and they're uninstalled. waiting on the turbo to start everything.

I thin I will go with the EFR 8374 T4 the difference isn't that big between them. I will call you on Monday Elliot, I have few questions I need to ask you.
