How's dealing with insurance?
And, yes, if the mechanic at the emissions or any other garage you left the car at was out of your sight even for just a few minutes, it's easy for him to make a copy of the key. And they alrerady have your address so...

My brother had his MX-6 stolen from him like that. Well, we think, cause the police didn't do **** so it was never recovered either. And it wasn't even insured for theft so ... a write-off!

It sucks to think some joyrider took your car, or even worse another FD owner in need of parts.

How can someone do that to someone else is behond me...

I haven't dealt with insurance yet... there's a minimum two week wait, I'm still praying the car gets recovered as well.


I had a rental for a short while through them, that went smoothly I guess.


Hopefully (if it comes down to it) they'll pay me fairly for the car.
