Decisions, decisions.

I've been wracking my brain trying to decide about next weekend. Do I go? Do I stay home?

The reason is that next weekend could be huge for Tina. I've been working hard lately and now that I'm not stuck in parts-limbo (waiting on shipping, delays, etc.) progress is happening very quickly. It's likely that next weekend could see the entire exhaust fabricated, beginnings of intercooler piping, and a lot of loose ends tied up. That might mean that the car may even start this month.

Therein lies the dilemma. Attend the meet, have a lot of fun, meet new people, etc. Or stay home and work on the car, utilizing the 3 day weekend?

It wouldn't be the same without you buddy! You'll get the car fired up this month. That I have no doubt... so you have to make the Ottawa cruise!! Emphesis on Cruise!!

Charr,
You know, I might have to hitch a ride with you buddy!!

I still don't know. I think the ultimate decision will depend on how much I get done on the car this weekend and early in the week.

Well, weather is currently depressing. Doesn't look like i will be finishing up the IC piping today. Checked theweathernetwork.ca to see how this weeks going to be and it doesn't look any better, including Saturday.

That got me wondering.

What are the chances of Chris showing up!!? okok, no one cars about that, but what are the chances of his car being at the meet under the rain 2 years running!?

Why bother with a 6 day forecast, it is meaningless...

The forcast has changed 3 times in the last 3 days. The trend seems to be a little less rain every change, so hopefully in the next few days, the weekend will be looking better.

RXciting,

If you don't recall, last year I still drove the car up even though it rained a good portion of the way up there!! Stupid weather!!!!

6 days forecasts are pretty useless.... They get 2-3 day forecast roughly right... I hope the weekend is nice.

well, I now have to count myself out this year sadly. I've been trying for almost two months to get the seatbelt recall done but I keep gettin blown off. So I'll have to wait until next year, but I hope all of you have an awesome time!

Ahhh ****.... this had to be scheduled for the same weekend that I'm fixing up my car...

I suppose I am going home today though, so if by some miracle I get my car running, painted, safetied, insured, and licenced before saturday, I'll be there.... (hey, atleast this way I have something to work towards... )

otherwise, I guess next year?

It looks like I won't be attending. The 3 day weekend is just too tempting and I should be able to get a load of work done on my monstrosity of an RX-7. My apologies to those who wanted to punch me in the nose, but I'm sure there will be another meet this summer. Hope the weather holds out for everyone and I look forward to the pictures.
