$17,500cdn for a 13b motor??!?

i was bored and started pricing out my dream motor, im sure i missed a couple things, maybe could have went to a couple cheaper parts, hell, even found better prices. but god damn. i could buy a viper motor to drop in there for this price!
no one said it was cheap i suppose. worst part is, i didnt even touch the rest of the car, suspension, brakes, etc. sky's the limit!

If you buy a chunk of them from a single vendor, you could probably negotiate a substantial discount

There are ways around that big price tag... My first large turbo venture had a price tag of about 6500 said and done...Even with the dogmission and feed bumper kit, I am not far passed your tally...Max

That was with the t04e, which actually cost me nearly a 1000 more than my T51 did.., right now I am somewhere in the 22,23K range, which includes 2000 for the car,600 for body repair and I add in the cost of my tig, otherwise I wouldnt have bought it either, so that stuff adds about 5800 to my total right there.. I look at the performance I have for the money, and its a pretty good deal...max

you need to know how to shop around and get creative. some of that you can go different routes like make it yourself, buy from another source etc. or get a 20b or two for the same price.
