Hmmmm yeah pretty much. If I remember correctly, there are some minor differences on the a-arm but the geometry is still the same.
As for the engine, unless they do a really good job of putting everything back exactly like its supposed to be, there will be a few small tell-tell signs of engine work: Harness not in right locations, zipties, grounds missing, etc. Your engine bay looks pretty normal. Get the air pump bracket replaced though.

searched a few things and got some cloudy info so I have a couple questions
1) the headlight switch from the the S4 works on an S5 with the S4 sub harness?
2) All the wiring for the rear wiper is already in my car i just have to have all the parts to make it work?

There are subtle differences between S4 and S5 suspension parts. S4 lower control arms are superior to the S5's (able to replace just the balljoint as it bolts on vs replacing the entire arm), though using the S4 LCA means you cannot use the S5 sway bar endlinks (but you can use the S5 sway bar as its nigh identicle to the S4 unit). As for the rear, again the end links are just different enough that you need to use the specific links for the S4 or S5 control arms, and the arms themselves have a slightly different bolt threading for attaching the shock to the control arm (in the rear that is) but the design of the control arm is the same geometry, just mounting tabs are varied from S4 to S5.

Finally got the courage to investigate the rigged up headlight wiring after reading through so much false information, It wasn't really to bad I just re-pinned the S4 sub-harness from the parts car using the FSMs with a new S5 switch I didn't even hear the headlights go down I just looked up and to my surprise they were down the only real hangup is that the running lights fell victim to The Genius but, to be honest I was more concerned about the mounting tabs on the dash. now that everything is taken out im gonna paint the dash this weekend

After all the searching and reading through so much false information I could never find the s4 and s5 sub-harness pin-outs side by side so I made this to based off the S4/S5 Factory service manuals all you have to do is re-pin the sub-harness according to the series of switch
hopefully this will help someone else get their headlights working
