Check out my thread on lower intake manifold modification if you have Access to a good tig welder you can make that manifold look a lot nicer! Get aluminum carbide burrs and small cut off wheel with a die grinder and have some fun!

Some updates!

Got a few things mounted up and did some measuring to get my SS Braided lines for my turbo's oil and coolant feeds and returns. Also routing coolant to my TiAL 44mm wastegate! Decided to stick with a series fuel line set-up as well, I'll do a parallel set-up when I have somore more money put away and can afford a Cosmo 2 Rotor to build.

Here are some pics!

Picked up a set of Work Equips with powder coated centers

They're 17x9 +22 square.

Looking to wrap them in some fat tires to put down the additional power from the build o we'll be shopping for a set of 235/45/17 for the front and 255/45/17 in the back.

I've had my eyes on Falken 615K's, but are quite expensive so I've been checking out Dunlop Dirrezzas. Any suggestions are welcome!

I've been gone quite some time and so much has changed! I lost my S4 13BT on the dyno in 2015 and decided to focus my attention in other places in my life (Education, financial obligations, other projects). I am returning now and will try to begin updating again as I'll be graduating engineering school in Spring 2018. I have already sourced and purchased a S5 13BT which I am planning to have built/tuned by a reputable shop. My turbo was sent back to be rebuilt at Turblown as well. All is set and am waiting for Turblown's stud kit to come back into stock so that I drop the engine off for a rebuild, port, balance and studding.

Below is a picture of me loading my new 13BT that I picked up in Maryland

It's been awhile, but upon graduating college and obtaining a position as a professional engineer I can return to building my FC. This thread will become extremely picture heavy.

Most recent update:

The engine I picked up from Maryland (Seen above) was allegedly a full S5 engine in good running condition, but upon opening and inspection it was found to have very poor rotor housing, S4 rotors and one non-hardened stationary gear. Bad luck on my end and I don't believe the man selling me the engine knew this (Shop built years ago). However, the rotating assembly and plates were all in good condition.

Upon tear down of this engine I decided to drop off these parts to Chip Motorsports in Detroit, MI as I had recently taken a job and relocated near there.

Work done:
Large Street Port (Intake and Exhaust)
Reconditioning of Front and Middle Side Irons
New Rotor Housings
CNC Water Jackets
Side + Face Clearanced Rotors
Race Balanced Rotors
CNC Oil Pump Cavity
Main Gear Oil Galleys Bored Out
Front Iron Galleys Reamed Out
Solid Dowel Pins
Titanium Exhaust Studs
Front Plate AN Fitting
New Rotor Bearings
New Gear Bearings
Hardened Stationary Gears
All Hardware Replated

Parts were also ordered from Elite Rotary:
Elite Rotary Intake Manifold
Elite Rotary Fuel Rails
Elite Rotary Oil Pan Brace
Elite Rotary Oil Pedestal
Elite Rotary Dummy Injectors

Other Parts Ordered:
Built2Apex Oil Pan Baffle
Turbosouce Davies Craig EWP
Adaptronic PNP ECU with associated add-ons
FD Throttlebody
FD Greddy Elbow

More to come
