Rebuild wtf is this called? Help?!

So I'm rebuilding my 86 rx7 motor and I am disassembling and I come a crossed this rusted and corroded part and I have no idea what is it someone know what this is??

looks like the ACV check valve. you can buy news ones for cheap.
