Just a quick update before winter storage. Lost my aircraft maintenance job for a stupid reason, so funds have been pretty tight the last few months and never really got around to doing much I had planned at all. All I did was have the wheels powder coated red and got rid of my cheap shift **** and got a Razo one. Was hoping to turbo swap over the winter, but I think that's waiting till next winter, worry about suspension and braking first so I have the time to save up more cash before the swap. So I did a small fall photo shoot for something to look at and keep me motivated over the winter.

Heres the video I finally got around to making from that shoot. No real progress on the car since it's parked, and I don't have a garage to work out of yet.

Did you use a base and clear coat on the paint? Or was it a single stage paint? I love that's arctic silver

Of course when you boost it, the walbro will be needed.
Been running one on my N/A s4 for over 6 months with no problems. None.

And I run it hard.

So please enlighten me as to what it will overwhelm? I only installed because my s5 TII is sitting in my garage awaiting its rebuild.

Sorry to thread jack. Last time I was in this thread it was at the body shop. Good to see it all together.

Walbros are supposed to be run with an aftermarket adjustable FPR. And NAs run rich with one installed. Check your AFRS bet your running rich and wasting fuel.

I agree, sadly living in a small town and being trained as a aircraft mechanic doesn't exactly equal tonnes of job opportunity, hopefully before the end of the summer I can get some coils and drop it.

It was sealed, primered, sprayed silver, and then cleared with a European style clear. I love it arctic silver as well, IMO best color on FC's.

The paint came out really good! I'm glad you decided to take the time to keep all the trim black. It always bothers me when people paint S4 moldings body color.
