Need Help Holes!!

Hey, I'm trying to figure out where these holes lead to or if i should just block them off. This is from a TII S4

Red arrow looks air silencer hose to reduce noise when acv dumps to atmosphere...not essential just reduces noise. Purple arrow may be just sub zero system that most disable...just feeds a little coolant into intake to increase compression from sub zero tank mounted right side firewall. Other arrow not sure...im more fam. With S4 NA's
