you can put more than one image per post, just needs at least one space between img strings. it also seems like you are putting one too many sets of img tags on each pic, if what you're copy+pasting has img tags already (ie: photobucket), you don't need to add your own.

welcome dude, and have fun with your little rotary

Thanks a lot man, and I am still new with posting pictures on here but the advice helps.

This is when I pulled out the blown motor.

And to be honest I was excited but I was kind of nervous about pulling it apart.
I hoped that it was only the coolant seals.

Haha oh man, that's insane. It'll be extremely rewarding cleaning all of those parts!

Let me just say it was a total pain in the *** to clean all of that grease. Everything that I touched or that touched the parts turned black. I went through a lot of degreaser...

Nice! It really is cool to see the insides. Looks like artwork. Make sure you check those irons for step wear.

Very cool man, great photos! I just started my build too. Any plans or ideas for the car? Color? Wheels? Body?

It is super cool. I love just looking at it and thinking of how crazy the idea of a rotary really is...

Since I was working on this build with a small budget I went through the whole engine and decided that I was going to order the following: Viton Oil o-rings, gasket kit of course, side seal springs, apex seals (decided to go with Atkins 2 piece seals), apex seal springs, FD corner seals, corner seal springs, pilot bearing & seal, and front and rear main seals. In total I spent $563.96

Nice, man! I'm about to do the very same thing to mine for the same problem on the same rotor! Hahah. How difficult was it to pull the transmission with it?

Its way easier to pull the entire thing out engine with transmission. Takes a little bit more time to pull altogether but its way faster and easier to put back in. when you take the engine out by itself you have to mess with both to line them up and believe me it gets tricky specially with the clutch and flywheel.
Its usually easier to take out altogether on most cars....

Yes I did need them but Oh well. I didn't have the money for the bearing kit and the tools to press them in. These will do for now. When I get my degree in Mechanical Engineering I will hopefully land a good job and a 13REW swap will be one of my first investments. In the meantime this is gonna be a budget rebuild here
