Kairi's Build (Not an every day "Build" Thread)

Got my villager E-Fan and took care of business. I made the mounts out of extra pieces of plastic and it worked great. Wiring this week and hopefully next week install!
Also got my Samco Sports 3" coupling tube and installed it on my intake.
Also tinted my taillights. Didn't want the "black out" look just smoked them. Love this stuff.
Lastly got my headlight wiring completely finished and installed my headlights again! I painted the shrouds with rust-oleum bed liner they came out great!

Bought a Koyo 1.3 bar rad cap off of a fellow forum member, Prosport Evo 52mm water temp gauge, and a new turn signal cancel seeing so I cracked my other one.
Stopped by a local pick and pull and grabbed a few items for the radiator swap. (only 30$!)
- 5 Volvo fan relays (he doesnt guarantee electronics so I figured the more the merrier incase they **** out.
- 4 VW temp switches (same idea)
- 2 SAAB "t" adapters for upper radiator hoses.
The idea is following in another forum members footsteps. Clokker used these components to create a functional 2speed efan set up. I got the SAAB adapter because the VW switch threads directly into it. they cleaned up nice. I plan on drilling into a T to create a bung for the temp gauge sender rather than running two T's this way my stock gauge is still functional and if anything came up to sell the car I can just pull my gauge and plug the hole.
Thanks for reading and stay tuned for updates and photos.

Got my Prosport water temp gauge, roof spoiler, and rear wipers in the mail. Pretty stoked. Got some photos of the tails mounted now that they're smoked and I also got my new radio in.
Got a friend welding a bung on the Saab T to attach the sender for the water temp gauge.
Also put up a photo of a little photo shopped on my phone preview of my center cent up now.
Next up is clearing my smoked lenses to give them a nice even clear appearance

Got my 10th AE seat belts in along with my Corbeau seats. Took her out for a drive and boy oh boy was it a blast. Couldn't rightfully open her up, still need to put another alternator in before I can rip into it. The fan works great but I do need a lower temp switch. 97 Celsius is not okay with me haha. But she ran at about 80-88 while cruising around! Very happy with how she is coming along. Got my KMH gauge cluster in today and stripped it and made a Frankenstein gauge. I kept my actual speedo but used the KMH face so my ODO reads correct. I also used the SI pressure gauge which looks cool as well. Got my back glass tinted now I just need that to install. Also the wiper switch with rear wiper went in. Can't test it properly until I have the window in.

Kairi is doing well thus far. Radiator is running properly and I am very happy with the outcome. The s4 duckbill I got went on but it was a bit more dinged up than I had thought. It's also a bit warped from the sun. My fogs and everything are working great thus far and the only issue I have had was my taillight smoke was a little heavier on one side. I will be redoing them and reporting the results. Also, someone hit me in a parking lot and kept going... Dick weeds

How's this for a steal. Got an OEM battery box with cover, s5 Tii mirrors in mint condition, mirror triangles in mint condition, and a full set of mud guards for 80$ lol loving the community feel for mazdas in this area. I went from literally being only one of two to now knowing 5 other 7 owners in the area

Replaced the AC compressor and installed the battery box. Roof spoiler is ready for paint and many other parts hopefully on the way. Hate having to refuse parts I want but budget is tight :/ hoping I hit for a couple thousand on a scratch ticket or something lol

Had a center cap for my steering wheel 3-D printed and I love it. I honestly am willing to sell it and make another or custom design another one for someone on the forum. Came out perfect and was a perfect fit.
I plastidipped my wheels with the metallicizer because the black was collecting too much brake dust. It looked like lip gloss at first but now it looks really good in the sun.
Lastly I dipped my grill. It was blue originally which I hated and it came out perfect.
Got my strut bar mounted but like a fool I had my oil cap on improperly and the set screws vibrated out. Going to find some screws to make it work.
Lots of bigger plans to come. Also in the process of designing a new cup holder based off my original design! Stay tuned for that!

Thanks bud. its been a long almost 5 years now. Little by little. Budget is tight because i refuse to go into debt. I pay for EVERYTHING up front. takes forever, but once i go full time at my job as an engineer i will have quadruple the money i have now and a portion will hit this car as a full once over. new color better stance, new wheels and bride seats are the biggest TO-DOs. but its a passion and i have made the commitment to never sell her.

Haven't updated in a while but been collecting parts.
got my OEM Dealer option sunroof. excited to have it back. Did not realize how rare these were
New under aero flaps there for the bottom of the rockers
New aluminum under tray
JDM Jspec mirrors
JDM Jspec FTP lenses
Euro spec taillights (have to fight USPS for breaking them then I can refinish them)
Customized my front turn signals to have a driving light just like the Eurospec cars
also ordered demister vent deletes!
Next I will be converting the doors back to power windows, the inner door panels will have Bride cloth in the door cards and new black leather around it, shine lip, shine rear bumper guards, and potentially skirts.
NEW PAINT COMING SOON (Trying to convince pops to change the color, if not, just a respray and even that will toot my horn.)

More goodies include a shine lip, Cusco rear strut bar, JDM bubble markers, euro spec fender blinkers (will be used if I can find a set of s5 molding deletes), works bell quick release, side skirts, road runner horn (nostalgic piece and a token of appreciation for my popps for helping me with this build) and rain guards!
Also for ***** n giggles I put up an Apexi cat back that was from a part out to have a sound clip. I'll have to find a way to insert the video. Sounds low at idle and when you touch the throttle you can tell it's a rotary behind it, but it shoots some nice fireballs at about 3500 RPM when you let off from 5000 so I think it'll stay on for a little "hooning" as that is becoming a thing now.
CHEERS!
P.S. If you're wondering where the funding of this build comes from check out my storage clean out thread and convertible specific threads! Also keep in touch for a custom cup holder which I'm trying to finalize ASAP!

I appreciate it man. From day 1 I hated so many spots showing red through (lenses cracks in paint and a few other spots.
But good news!
I am respraying the whole car. The right way this time. Painting bumpers and moldings and whatnot off the car. That way there's no other colors showing through. My dad was cleaning it this past week and it was frozen in ice and he slipped and buried the shovel across my hood, so he feels obligated to paint it again.
