project exhaust/downpipe sucks ***

downpipe was a ******* bitch, then after all the bullshit, i have 2 exhaust leaks and cant get the silencer out of the exhaust. even tired a hanger, needle nose and fulling it lol nothing lol

anyways here we go



broken wire and looks to be lean - 02 pulled from stock downpipe. repair sensor to drive it back home, ordering a new one tomorrow

got my o2 sensor in, also pulled turn signals and lenses

 

I have a pair of needle nose vice grips that I welded a nut on. That way I can attach a slide hammer to it. That should pull your silencer out

 

My name is Matt by the way, haha. It looks way different then when I last saw it. Looks really nice. Glad to see you are restoring the car instead of tearing it up. Also the trans should be fine. When you pump the clutch up before you shift it does not grind, symptoms of weak clutch hydraulics.

 

sorry matt! thanks man! i do really like the car, yea i drive it and some times the car shifts like butter even high rpms, then sometimes it shifts like dirt and i have to push in the clutch a couple times, the parts you gave me with the car are going on soon, i really haven't driven the car much due to the car being painted. Glad to see the work i am doing to the car is up to your approval, sadly i can't same the same about my 1jz sc300 i sold to get this car sad thing .

the 02 sensor wire has to be replace. the entire wire and sensor. which will be happening this weekend, also i ordered a cf sunroof panel. should be here in about a week.
