Gold 87 GXL

Picked up this FC back in 2019 with 76000 miles. Came with: header, Apexi catback, Quick release steering wheel, and BC coilovers.

Otherwise unmodified original engine. Haven't done much to it myself other than maintenance, wheels, racing seat. Long lead times on parts has really been a pain. New wheels have only been on for about 2 weeks and they dont really fit...

I want this to be a Street/Track car but with full interior; basically clean it up and make it fast. I'm considering getting some wide fenders and I have been collecting parts to turbo the 6 port.

Pics for fun

Nice, this looks super clean. I just picked up an 88 FC just last fall also and it came with similar wheels, lol.

I gotta ask, why are you deciding to turbo the 6 port NA 13B?

Nice, what wheels are those? Mine are MST time attack. I had a problem with the hub length and had to use spacers to get them on.

Im going to turbo cause 4 ports are pretty scarce and the ones that do pop up are very expensive, for used engines, last used TII engine I saw local was $4k. Long term id love to pick up a billet 3 rotor but that is pure fantasy atm.

My buddies 3/4in 600 ft-lb torque wrench; it wasn't enough with heat haha. Took my other buddies Milwaukee M18 Fuel to get that nut off.
