pics of my 87 se rx7 project

well over the past few months i have done alot of work to this car. I bought a turbo II parts car and swapped alot of stuff off of it on to my red car. What i have swapped is 5-lug, lsd, four piston calipers, and other misc things. The parts car also had some goodies on it like, megan racing coilovers, ss brake lines, full turbo back racing beat exhaust, and a bushing kit in the box inside the car. I have taken out the front and rear subframe to clean paint and replace every bushing and ball joint in the car. My g-pa recovered the seats for me and i cleaned ALOT. Here are some pics

Looks great and very clean. You should have posted though in the 2nd generation section. Maybe a mod can move it upon request.

well im just a few days away from cranking the car. I ran into a snag that put me behind. The Fuel tank had VERY old gas in it which turned pretty much into syrup in the bottom of the tank so i swapped in the one from the parts car. The fuel pump assembly looked like hell so i cut the assembly out of the parts car cut the harness on the old one and soldered it in with a new walbro 255. I know that the motor will turn over and the fuel pump cuts on a runs while cranking so that a good sign my wiring is ok....but well see
