So today I was trying to start my car and I could hear my fuel pump sound like it’s building to much pressure . I took off my uim and pulled the primary fuel rail and noticed inside was dry. I tried to blow through the line and couldn’t . Idk if that’s normal but I’m super confused . Please help

 

I think I figured it out. So when I bought these rails someone put the fpr on the primary and put the damper on the secondary 🤨
