TX Deflooding

Everytime now i have to deflood my car to run it. sometimes i don't need to do it to start it up if i rev it up to about 2000rpm and cut off the engine. sometimes when i start i don't get cranking noise just click.(guessing its the solenoid).but sometimes it cranks. I'm thinking it could be my starter going bad. I'm not sure if i should buy one yet don't wanna waste the money. I'm guessing its my injectors but i just wanted to be sure. spark plugs are always wet with gasoline as always. i tried installing a fuel cut off switch. i cut the middle wire from the 5 plug wire fuel relay and attached it to a switch. but the switch doesn't work and car still runs. it still runs even if the relay is not even in 0_0. any ideas guys? i have a 87 rx7. i live in san antonio, tx. wind crest area if you are familiar

it still runs because even when the pump is off, there is still pressure in your lines that is forcing fuel through your leaky injectors..

get your injectors serviced
