I previously order all internal parts of my engines on jdmplanet but after 3 mouth with no updates at all, I asked PayPal to refund me. So be aware jdmplanet can take a long long time to ship your part. Aaand I didn’t order my cancelled parts, I will do it soon.
I’ve received my new fuel pump, Walbro Hellcat and my new injectors, Bosch 2x1400cc 2x1050cc, flow matched.
Old vs New Hellcat pump Fuel rail convert to AN6 Weird goo on the stock fuel pump
This was answered already... I think. Those awesome wheel it came with are four bolt.
Also some prefer the four lug setup as the selection of vintage wheels or other is better.
My first time doing a rebuild, it was pretty straightforward. Except maybe side seal clearance. I’ve messed up my first side, I trim them by hand and I didn’t had the right angle… doing it with drill should be easier and better.
Shaft is turning freely with no hard point at all. You can ear all 6 comps
I’ve put too much assembly lube, it was a mess haha.
Next thing is to order the last bit for the fuel system (fittings and fuel line).
Fuel tank need a good clean ! AN6 stock fuel rail. Sandblasting + powder coating make life sooo much easier and cleaner Old housing. Holding my RX-7 books After sandblasting

Scored this FD intake. Please. Don’t put the ugly FC… I hate it New brakes discs converted to 4x114.3
I’ve struggle removing the old pilot bearing (2hours), using dremel seems to be the way to go !
@j9fd3s quick question : I’ve got super now solid engine mount. I checked and I ordered 46mm height one. Since I’ve got the thick sump baffle plate didn’t I need shorten one like you said on a previous reply here ? I don’t know the stock height…
I’ve got a little screw on 1 face of each super now mount. Don’t know if it need to be on top or lower when mounted… I will check later.
i thought there were 46mm mounts, and -10mm or 36mm mounts, but i don't see the shorter ones?
it also turns out that the Super Now! stuff is based on something else, and that one machined the aluminum engine mount arm.
or maybe its fine?

after checking on their website (very hard to understand because Japanese only).
Super Now say : you need to remove 10mm to 1 engine mount.

[img alt="Front brakes are now fitted. But I need a spacer behind the rotor. I think 4 lug hub a deeper compare to 5 lugs. When you bolt the rotor it will touch the brake shield but not only touch it’s gonna block it.
Now I know to figure it. Spacer behind the rotor ? Mmm don’t really like the idea. Remove the brake shield ? Easy. Cut the brake shield where it touch ? ..
The reason for the note stating counterweight is required is for those customers who are also purchasing the ACT flywheel. Our flywheels are sold both with and without the counterweights. And because the flywheel mounts to the counterweight and the counterweight is what mounts to the crank the counterweight is needed to mount the flywheel to the engine. Some customers who already have our counterweight can just purchase the flywheel.
As for the Z65-XTSS clutch kit it will also work with the factory 1998 FC RX7 1.3L Turbo flywheel.
