If you look at the picktures of the Redline Performance engine you'll notice that the hotside of the turbo is facing the front of the engine, and the upper intake manifold is facing the rear of the engine. The engine was mounted facing the rear of the vehicle mounted to a Volkswagen super beetle transmission with an adapter plate. This is because before I bought the engine it was fitted on a Sandrail, and was mounted above the rear axle.
