you confirmed that the fuel pump is actually running? all that buggery wiring is fixed?

Motor is definitely turning because I can see your tach bouncing. That sure sounds like a zero compression engine.

I'd check those seals and make sure theyre not all down.

if this car sat that long, i would assume that the fuel injectors need to be cleaned at a minimum.

Yeah, it doesn't sound too good. It's worth doing a compression test.

If using a regular piston engine compression tester, remember to remove the Schrader valve.
