NJ Saving a Series 1 1980 RX-7! Project.

Hello Everyone.

I have been a fan of the RX series for 22 years. My latest project is saving a series 1: 1980 RX-7. I'm doing this car the right way. I recently painted the engine compartment. Below is my YouTube channel if you wish to check out the progress. I appreciate any recommendations and/or help with this project. Thanks for your time in viewing!

Cheers,
RX80-Joe

That engine bay came out really nice! Can you provide more info on the paint? How much, how many cans did u use, use their primer as well, etc?

Thanks! The paint was $27 a can. It took 3 cans to do the engine bay, which I had some left over in the 3rd can. I used your basic Krylon Primer / Filler (sealer). I didn't even have to wet sand, since I did a 500 grit on the final sanding before sealer.
